I had a telephone consultation (23/09/20 ) with Andrew which i have had previously. Andrew always takes time to listen to what i have to say, always is very caring and makes everything clear and easy to understand. Also, in the past when i have called Andrew and left him a message he always calls back very promtly.

Andrew is always attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. If you ring with a question, he replies very promptly. Despite the constraints on the hospital with the pandemic, Andrew rings with tests results as soon as he is in a position to do so. He also has a nice sense of humour, which is invaluable.
